Business consultation in Jordan

Most businesses do not have a marketing problem. They have a plan problem.

You boost a post when sales are slow. Someone suggests TikTok, so you try TikTok. A new agency rebuilds the ads, a freelancer redoes the website, and every monthly report says reach went up. Yet nobody in the room can answer the questions that decide whether the business grows: who exactly are we trying to win, what is one customer worth to us, and how much can we afford to pay to get one?

Business consultation is where we answer those questions with you, once, properly, and write the answers down. It is digital marketing strategy for the whole business, not for one channel. We look at your market, your competitors, your offer, your numbers and the channels you already use, then build a growth plan that your team, your agency or AlGurus can execute without guessing.

The plan is practical. It says which channels get money and why, how the monthly budget is split, which numbers you watch every week, and what happens in the next 90 days, week by week. Then we come back every quarter to check the numbers against the plan and adjust it. Strategy that is never reviewed turns into a document nobody opens.

The people who build your plan are the same senior team that runs campaigns every day for brands in Jordan, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Qatar, Iraq and North America. That matters: our advice comes from accounts where real money is spent, not from a template.

What the service includes

Six chapters. One plan for the whole business.

Every business consultation covers these six parts. Depending on your stage, we go deeper where the money is.

Market & competitor map

Who your buyers are, what they compare you with, and where competitors spend their attention. We study competitor ads, offers, prices, websites and search visibility.

  • Customer segments and buying triggers
  • Competitor ads, offers and pricing review
  • Search demand in Arabic and English

Positioning & offer

Why someone should choose you over the alternative. We sharpen the promise, the proof and the offer so every ad, page and message says the same thing.

  • Value proposition and key messages
  • Offer, bundles and pricing presentation
  • Bilingual message guide

Channel mix & budget split

Which channels deserve money now, which come later, and how the monthly budget is divided between proven channels, scaling tests and experiments.

  • Meta, Google, Snapchat, TikTok, LinkedIn, SEO
  • Monthly budget split by goal
  • Rules for when to move money

Funnel & KPIs

The path from first view to repeat purchase, with one number to watch at every stage, a target for each, and a clear owner on your side.

  • Break-even and target cost per customer
  • KPI tree from revenue down to channel
  • Tracking requirements for each KPI

90-day roadmap

The plan turned into work: what happens in each of the next twelve weeks, in which order, and who does it. Fixes first, then building, then scaling.

  • Week-by-week priorities
  • Owners: your team, your agency or us
  • Milestones you can check

Quarterly reviews

Every quarter we sit down with your numbers, compare them with the plan, and decide what to keep, what to cut and where to put the next dinar.

  • Results against targets
  • Budget re-split for next quarter
  • Updated roadmap
Framework 1 · Market map

Find the space in your market nobody is defending.

Before we talk about channels, we place you and your competitors on one map. Most growth plans start with a simple discovery: you are stuck in the middle, and there is a clear gap one step away.

Positioning map · homeware, AmmanSample · invented brands
Generalist → Specialist Specialist · value Generalist · premium
The gap
Lower priceHigher price
  • Big-box store

Wins on price and range. Spends heavily on reach. You will not beat them on cost per click, so you should not try.

  • Marketplace sellers

Cheapest prices and fast listings, but no brand and no after-sale service. They pull bargain hunters, not loyal customers.

  • Instagram boutiques

Strong content and loyal followers, but slow delivery and no real website. Their customers want what they sell with better service.

  • Imported brand

Premium image, high prices, weak Arabic content. Their search terms are expensive, their social presence is thin.

  • Where the business stands today

A bit of everything at a middle price. No clear reason to choose it, so every sale depends on discounts and paid reach.

  • Where the plan takes it

Specialist and premium, local, bilingual and fast to deliver. A position competitors are not defending, and one the ads can explain in one line.

Framework 2 · Channel mix

Every dinar gets a job, before it is spent.

The channel mix depends on what you sell and what you need this quarter. Move the budget and switch the goal to see how a starting split is built.

  • Meta Ads40%1,200 JOD
  • Google Search + PMax30%900 JOD
  • Snapchat Ads15%450 JOD
  • Retargeting & retention5%150 JOD
  • Experiments10%300 JOD

Illustrative starting split for a sample brand. Your plan is built from your data, margins and market.

There is no perfect channel mix that works for every business. A furniture brand in Amman, a clinic in Riyadh and a software company selling to Gulf companies need very different splits. What they all need is the same logic behind the numbers, so you know why each channel gets what it gets and when that should change.

We start from your goal for the quarter, your margins and where your buyers already spend time. Then we divide the budget into three layers.

  • 70

    Proven channels

Most of the money goes where you already have evidence that it brings customers at a cost you can afford.

  • 20

    Scaling tests

A smaller share pushes channels and audiences that look promising, to find out if they hold up at a higher budget.

  • 10

    Experiments

A small, protected budget for new platforms, formats or markets. Experiments that win move up a layer next quarter.

Framework 3 · The numbers

Know what a customer is worth before you raise the budget.

The most useful number in any growth plan is the most you can pay to win one customer. Try it with your own figures. Nothing is sent anywhere.

Where the money from one customer goes

Revenue from one customer: 40.00 JOD

  • Product and delivery22.00 JOD
  • Ad budget at target9.00 JOD
  • Profit you keep9.00 JOD
Break-even cost per customer18.00 JOD

Pay more than this and every sale loses money.

Break-even ROAS2.22×

The return on ad spend where you only cover costs.

Target cost per customer9.00 JOD

Keeps half of the margin as profit.

Target ROAS4.44×

The return your campaigns should aim for.

How it works: break-even cost = order value × margin × orders per customer. Break-even ROAS = 1 ÷ (margin × orders). A customer who buys again is worth more, so you can pay more for the first sale. Sample calculator, not financial advice.

Many businesses set ad budgets by feeling. When sales are good, they spend more. When sales are slow, they cut. A growth plan replaces that with two numbers: the break-even cost to win a customer and the target cost that keeps the profit you want. Every campaign is judged against them, on every platform.

These numbers also tell you when a channel is worth it even if its ROAS looks low. If customers come back three or four times a year, a first purchase at break-even can be the best deal you make. If they rarely return, the first order must pay for itself. That is a business decision, not an ads setting, and it belongs in the plan.

Framework 4 · Funnel & KPIs

One number to watch at every stage.

A funnel is only useful when each stage has a job, the channels that serve it, and a number that tells you if it is working. Pick a stage.

See: build demand you can harvest later

The job here is reach in the right audience, not likes. We plan the formats, the audiences and the budget share that keep your brand in front of future buyers without wasting money on people who will never buy.

Framework 5 · 90-day roadmap

A plan becomes real when it has dates and owners. Drag through the weeks to see what a sample roadmap asks for at each point.

We fix what makes every other decision unreliable: tracking, the offer and the pages where money is lost. Nothing is scaled on broken data.

Campaigns are rebuilt around the new positioning and targets. Creative and offers are tested in a planned order, not at random.

Who it is for

Built for the people who carry the number.

Founders and business owners

You know your product and your customers better than anyone, but marketing has become a list of suppliers and platforms you cannot fully judge. You want a clear plan, a sensible budget and a way to hold everyone accountable.

"We spend every month and I still cannot tell which channel actually makes us money."

  • One plan everyone works from
  • A budget tied to profit, not habit
  • A senior second opinion every quarter

Marketing managers and in-house teams

You run the day-to-day and you need a strategy you can defend in front of management: the logic behind the budget, targets that are realistic, and a roadmap your team can execute without waiting for an agency.

"I need a plan I can present to the board, and the numbers to back it up."

  • A budget case with clear assumptions
  • KPIs and targets per channel
  • Senior people to think with

FAQ

Questions founders ask before we start.

Still unsure? Ask us on the strategy call.

What does business consultation from AlGurus include?
It covers six parts: a market and competitor map, positioning and offer, the channel mix and budget split, the funnel and KPIs, a written 90-day roadmap, and quarterly reviews. You receive the plan as documents your team can use, plus a workshop where senior consultants walk you through it.
Who is business consultation for?
Founders, business owners and marketing managers who want one clear digital marketing strategy for the whole business. It suits companies that already sell and want to grow profitably, companies entering a new market, and teams that work with several suppliers and need one plan to align them.
How is this different from a paid ads audit?
A paid ads audit reviews your ad accounts and tells you what to fix inside them. Business consultation starts one level higher: your market, your offer, your numbers and which channels should get money at all. Many clients start with a business consultation and add an audit for the channels that carry the most budget.
Do you only give advice, or can you also implement the plan?
Both. The plan is written so your own team or your current agency can execute it. If you prefer, AlGurus can run the channels for you: Meta Ads, Google Ads, Snapchat Ads, SEO, social media and Shopify. You decide after you see the plan.
Do I need a big budget for a growth plan to make sense?
No. A plan matters most when the budget is small, because every dinar has to work. We size the channel mix to what you can spend today and show what would change at the next budget level, so you grow into it instead of guessing.
How do you decide the channel mix and budget split?
From your goal for the quarter, your margins, your customer value and where your buyers spend time, plus what your data already shows. We then divide the budget into proven channels, scaling tests and a small experiment budget, with clear rules for moving money between them.
What happens in the quarterly reviews?
We compare the quarter's results with the targets in the plan, look at cost per customer by channel, decide what to keep and what to stop, re-split the budget and update the 90-day roadmap for the next quarter.
Can you help us expand to Saudi Arabia, the UAE or other Gulf markets?
Yes. We work with clients in Jordan, Saudi Arabia, Iraq, the UAE, Qatar, the USA and Canada. Market entry plans cover local competitors, search demand in Arabic and English, the platforms that matter in each market, and the payment and delivery setup buyers expect.
Is the consultation in Arabic or English?
Either, or both. Sessions run in person in Amman or online, and the plan can be written in Arabic, English or both, so it works for owners and for international team members.
What do you need from us to start?
A short call about your goals, read-only access to your ad accounts, analytics and store or CRM, and your basic sales figures: average order value, margins and how often customers buy again. If some data is missing, setting it up becomes part of the roadmap.
