Why it matters

A comment is a customer standing at your counter.

Most brands in Jordan and the Gulf spend real money and effort to get attention on social media: content, Reels, shoots, ads. Then the attention arrives as a message, and nobody answers for a day. The person asking about a size, a price or a delivery area has already bought somewhere else.

Public comments are even more visible. An unanswered complaint under your newest post is read by everyone who scrolls past it, and a quick, calm reply often does more for trust than the post itself. Platforms also tend to favour content that sparks real conversation, so answering well keeps your posts alive longer.

Community management is the daily work that closes that gap. It is not a chatbot and not a copy-paste job. It is a trained team that knows your products, your policies and your tone, and replies like a good store manager would.

Brand voice

Your voice, in two languages.

Before we answer a single message, we write your community voice guide. It covers how formal you are, how you greet people, which Arabic you use with which audience, how you say sorry, which words you never use, and what you can and cannot promise in public.

Arabic replies are written by native speakers in Amman, not run through a translation tool. A young fashion brand might answer in warm Jordanian dialect; a clinic, a bank or a real estate developer usually needs clear, polite Modern Standard Arabic. English replies follow the same personality, so a bilingual customer meets one brand, not two.

From the guide we build a library of saved replies for the questions you get every day: prices, delivery areas, stock, opening hours, returns, order status. Saved replies keep answers fast and accurate, and our team personalises each one so it never reads like a template.

Response-time targets

Not every message is equal. Our targets aren't either.

We sort every message by priority and agree a first-reply target for each type before we go live. These are the service promises we work to and report against every week; the exact hours depend on the coverage plan you choose.

Escalation path

We know what to answer, and what to pass up.

A community manager should never guess about a refund, a legal claim or a medical question. Before we start, we map who decides what in your business, and we agree how fast each person needs to be reached. Pick a situation to see where it goes.

From DM to order

Messages that end in a sale, not a seen.

Many people in Jordan and the Gulf would rather message a brand than fill in a checkout. We treat every buying question as a lead and follow your sales rules from the first reply to the hand-off.

Moderation

House rules, applied the same way every time.

Moderation protects your audience as much as your brand. Scam links, fake giveaways, hate speech, harassment and accounts pretending to be you are removed quickly, because they cost people money and trust. We write your house rules with you, so every decision is consistent and easy to explain.

Just as important is what we do not remove. Honest criticism stays visible and gets a calm, useful reply. Deleting a fair complaint usually makes it louder, and people notice when a brand only shows the good comments. Where a conversation needs details like an order number or a phone number, we move it to private messages so personal data never sits in a public thread.

Crisis playbook

When something goes wrong, the first hour is already planned.

Most social media crises are not caused by the original problem. They grow because of silence, a defensive reply or five people answering at once. Your playbook is written during onboarding, with named people, approved holding statements in Arabic and English, and a rule for who speaks. Times below are the sequence we follow from the moment an issue is flagged.

  1. Detect and pause

Issue flagged, scheduled posts and ads creative paused, owner and account lead alerted.

  2. Holding reply

    A short, pre-approved statement: we've seen it, we're checking, we'll update.

  3. Get the facts

Your team confirms what happened; we draft the response in both languages.

  4. Respond once, clearly

One approved public answer, then individual cases handled privately.

  5. Monitor and review

Close monitoring for the following days and a written review of what to change.

What we measure

A weekly report that tells you what customers think.

Every week you get a short sentiment report, and every month we sit down to review it with you. The numbers matter, but the real value is in what people keep asking and complaining about, because that is product and content research you already have.

  • First-reply time against target

Per message type and channel, so you can see the promise was kept.

  • Response rate and resolution

How many conversations were answered and how many were fully closed.

  • Sentiment trend

Positive, neutral and negative conversations, and what moved them.

  • Leads and hand-offs

Buying conversations found, passed to sales, and confirmed by your team.

  • Moderation and escalations

What was removed, what was escalated, and how each case ended.

The team behind your inbox grows accounts, too.

We don't publish response times as case-study results; those are reported to each client for their own account. What we can show is what happens when the same team runs a brand's social media end to end, with community management as part of the daily work.

FAQ

Questions about community management.

Straight answers about how we handle your comments, messages and reviews.

What is community management?

Community management is the work of answering and managing every conversation people have with your brand on social media: comments, direct messages, WhatsApp chats and reviews. It includes replying in your brand voice, moderating spam and abuse, escalating complaints to the right person, turning buying questions into leads, and reporting what your audience is saying.

How is community management different from social media management?

Social media management is about running your accounts: planning the calendar, designing posts, writing captions and publishing. Community management starts after the post goes live and covers the conversations it creates. Many clients take both, so the same team that plans the content also hears what people say about it.

Which platforms do you cover?

Instagram, Facebook (including Messenger), WhatsApp Business and TikTok, plus reviews on Google Maps and Facebook. If you are active on LinkedIn or Snapchat, we can include their comments and messages in the plan as well.

Do you reply in Arabic as well as English?

Yes. Our team in Amman writes native Arabic, in Jordanian dialect or Modern Standard Arabic depending on your brand, and natural English. Both follow the same voice guide, so customers get the same personality and the same promises in either language.

How fast do you reply to messages?

We agree first-reply targets per message type before going live. Complaints and buying questions are top priority, general questions come next, and compliments and reviews follow. Targets apply inside your coverage hours and we report against them every week, so you always know whether the promise was kept.

Do you cover weekends, evenings and Ramadan?

Yes, depending on your plan. Retail, restaurants and ecommerce usually choose extended cover that includes weekends and evenings. During Ramadan we shift cover toward the evening and after iftar, when most people are online in Jordan and the Gulf.

What happens when there is a complaint or a crisis?

Every complaint follows your escalation map: we apologise, collect the details and pass the case to the person who can decide. For anything that could become a PR issue, the crisis playbook starts: scheduled posts are paused, an approved holding statement goes out and your owner and account lead agree on one clear response.

Will you delete negative comments?

No. Genuine criticism and negative reviews stay visible and get a calm, helpful reply, because deleting them usually makes things worse. We only remove content that breaks your house rules, such as scams, hate speech, harassment, explicit content or impersonation.

Can you turn DMs into sales?

Yes. We spot buying intent, ask the few questions your sales team needs, tag the conversation and hand it to whoever closes orders, whether that is a WhatsApp number, a store link or a sales person. We track how many lead conversations we passed on and ask your team to confirm the orders that came from them.

How do you access our accounts safely?

Through role-based access in Meta Business Suite, WhatsApp Business and each platform's own team tools, never by sharing your personal passwords. You stay the owner of every account and can remove our access at any time.

Do you also answer comments on our ads?

Yes. Comments on boosted posts and ads are part of the inbox, and they often carry the strongest buying intent. Running the ads themselves is a separate service, Social Media Ads, which pairs well with community management.

What do you need from us to start?

Access to your accounts, your product and price information, your policies for delivery, returns and refunds, and one named contact for decisions. We take care of the voice guide, saved replies, house rules and playbook, and you approve them before we go live.
